Tour
A tour of the property is scheduled after applying.
Please let us know what your ideal tour times would be when you apply. We will provide a digital copy of the lease for you to read at home, or a paper copy to look over on site. If you still want to proceed with rental we will need to preform a background check.
Background Check
We use TenantBackgroundSearch.com - Comprehensive, Assets/Income for $39.95
We will input the property specs into TBS and will have them send you an email to fill out required info and pay for the background search. This report can take up to 72 hours to process.
Signing
Lease Signing
Once your background check comes back clear, we will set up an appointment with you to have you sign the lease and receive keys to the property.
